Why consider Halyk Finance
Halyk Finance is the brokerage arm of Halyk Savings Bank, Kazakhstan’s largest bank, with the Halyk Trader Pro platform. The institutional backing is reassuring.
The catch
Account opening requires visiting in person — the practical dealbreaker for most foreign non-residents. If you want Halyk exposure rather than a Halyk account, remember Halyk Bank itself trades as a GDR in London (HSBK) through any normal broker. For remote local onboarding, Halyk Global Markets (below) may be an option — though its site was down at the time of research.
