Status: Researched — but not verified, with a stronger caveat than most pages here. Re-checked 8 June 2026: Mubasher’s production site (global.mubashertrade.com) did not load cleanly, and the readable market/account pages are on a UAT/staging host. Treat everything below as a lead to confirm, not a tested route.
What it is
Mubasher (MubasherTrade) is a MENA-focused multi-market platform — exactly where this directory is otherwise thin. It markets itself as “the region’s global broker,” and its (staging) materials describe direct-market access across the Gulf (UAE ADX/DFM/Nasdaq Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi/Tadawul, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman), Egypt (EGX), and the Levant (Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan), plus Turkey and Sri Lanka, the US and UK/Europe (CHI-X). Morocco, Tunisia and Libya are phone-only.
One claim I do not count as coverage: India “via a local partner.” India does not let foreign retail individuals open domestic trading accounts at all (see the India page — the direct route is FPI registration through a custodian), so a partner arrangement like this can only serve Gulf-resident NRIs, who can hold Indian accounts as Indian citizens abroad. If that is not you, this line does nothing — it is excluded from the coverage map.
Why it matters here
For MENA/North Africa, the usual answer is IBKR (UAE, Saudi) plus local brokers. Mubasher is interesting because it spans the Gulf + Egypt + the Levant in one place and explicitly references non-resident foreigners (GCC nationals, GCC residents, and “other clients” with passport/ID + proof of address). The Egypt non-resident platform separately advertises 70+ international exchanges.
The big caveat
This is the page to be most careful with:
- The production site (
global.mubashertrade.com) throws a browser “harmful software” warning. Trying to open it returns a full-page Google Safe Browsing block (screenshot below) — “This website may try to trick you into installing software that harms your browsing experience.” That is a serious red flag on its own: either the site is compromised/serving something it shouldn’t, or it’s been flagged and not cleaned up. Either way, don’t click through it to enter credentials or fund anything. - The detailed market, account and funding pages resolve only on a UAT/staging-looking host, so the data may be stale or non-production.
- The FAQ does not publish a clean accepted-country list.
That Safe Browsing block is why this page now carries a use-with-caution flag: a brokerage whose live site trips Google’s malware warning is not something to onboard to until it’s demonstrably cleaned up and you’ve confirmed the real, regulated entity through another channel.
So before relying on Mubasher, confirm directly: the current regulated entity and regulator, which residences are accepted today, the live (vs phone-only) markets, the production onboarding URL, custody, and minimum funding. Treat it as a researched lead, not a verified route.
Best / poor use cases
Use Mubasher when: you specifically want MENA breadth (Gulf + Egypt + Levant) from one relationship and are willing to verify the live offering with their desk.
Skip it when: you need a proven, well-documented broker today (pair with IBKR for UAE/Saudi, or a local MENA broker like EFG Hermes), or you need non-MENA frontier markets (Mongolia, Tanzania, Vietnam…).
Verdict
Potentially one of the most useful MENA brokers to document — a genuine Gulf + Egypt + Levant multi-market option that courts non-residents — but its public footprint is currently unreliable, so it stays firmly researched, not verified. Confirm the live entity and onboarding before doing anything with it.
